First, your staffing numbers are defined along with vacation, holiday, and medical leave. Then, your desired staff efficiency rating and preventive maintenance vs. reactive maintenance goal is set. Next, you enter your critical tasks as they fall into 40, 30, 20, 16, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 hour groups. Next, critical tasks may then be scheduled as yearly, semi-annual, quarterly, monthly, 15-day, weekly, 3-day, or daily. Finally, your available preventive vs. reactive hours are automatically calculated along with committed, uncommitted, and remaining pm hours.
