| Duties & Responsibilities: |
- Develop and execute of a business plan that meets and/or
exceeds individual revenue goals for the designated territory.
- Develop a pipeline of MechanicsMate opportunities through a combination
of cold calling, qualification and the strategic selling methodology.
- Build relationships with client executives and decision makers.
- Leverage
existing partnerships to sell and close business within the
designated territory.
- Grow and manage existing clients in the designated territory.
- Maintain
superior product, industry and company knowledge in order to
be successful.
- Provide accurate account management and accurate revenue forecasting
using Siebel.
- Provide feedback to corporate on product, pricing and marketing
improvements.
- Provide reports and activity reports as required.

| Essential Knowledge & Skills: |
- 10+ years of experience selling CMMS
- Preferred previous success selling to the manufacturing sector.
- A background in Enterprise Asset Management is highly desirable.
- Previous
success using Strategic Selling methodology to close business
at the Corporate Level.
- Hunter mentality with verifiable track record of consistently
exceeding quotas.
- Ability to navigate a complex organization and develop a compelling
value proposition to close business.
- Ability to communicate effectively both at the executive management
and operational management levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Professional presence at the executive and operational levels
of the client organization.
- Knowledge of the asset management marketplace and competitive
landscape.
- Technology literacy.
