Job: Sr. Sales Consultant

Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute of a business plan that meets and/or exceeds individual revenue goals for the designated territory.
  2. Develop a pipeline of MechanicsMate opportunities through a combination of cold calling, qualification and the strategic selling methodology.
  3. Build relationships with client executives and decision makers.
  4. Leverage existing partnerships to sell and close business within the designated territory.
  5. Grow and manage existing clients in the designated territory.
  6. Maintain superior product, industry and company knowledge in order to be successful.
  7. Provide accurate account management and accurate revenue forecasting using Siebel.
  8. Provide feedback to corporate on product, pricing and marketing improvements.
  9. Provide reports and activity reports as required.
Essential Knowledge & Skills:
  1. 10+ years of experience selling CMMS
  2. Preferred previous success selling to the manufacturing sector.
  3. A background in Enterprise Asset Management is highly desirable.
  4. Previous success using Strategic Selling methodology to close business at the Corporate Level.
  5. Hunter mentality with verifiable track record of consistently exceeding quotas.
  6. Ability to navigate a complex organization and develop a compelling value proposition to close business.
  7. Ability to communicate effectively both at the executive management and operational management levels.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  10. Professional presence at the executive and operational levels of the client organization.
  11. Knowledge of the asset management marketplace and competitive landscape.
  12. Technology literacy.
